CPX Sports has gone the extra mile to provide area youth groups with a safe and affordable day trip guaranteed to receive rave reviews! This unique and exciting package has been discounted to make it affordable for groups with tight budgets, so please call to get these super low prices. These outings are available to organized youth groups only (church groups, park districts, schools, athletic clubs, etc). Advanced purchase of 7 days and a minimum of 10 players is required to book. All participants in this package must be between 10-17 years old and allowed one chaperon. Any other adults playing with the youth group will pay CPX Sports standard open play rates. Please call us for more information for the custom rates for your Youth Group!

- Please make sure that you arrive within 15 minutes before your scheduled game time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Policies: All advance purchase private games are NON-REFUNDABLE. Games are played rain or shine. Private games are completely prepaid for events. Once players have been paid into your game you cannot reduce those numbers for any reason. Your paid private game admissions to CPX Sports are the same as buying a ticket to a concert or sporting event. If you do not use it, no credit, refund, exchange, or other compensation will be paid for persons not present at the date and time of the private game. All additional players added to a Private Games Package with less then 7 days until event date will incur a $10 per player Late Fee in order to join your party – non-negotiable. No compensation or additional time available for games arriving late. Players who want to continue in OPEN PLAY after the end of private play time can do so at no additional charge.

Cancellation / Rescheduling policy: Once a private game has been paid for it cannot be cancelled for any reason. However, you are able to reschedule the outing to a future date. You have up until 1 calendar year to select a new play date. If we receive more than 7 days’ notice = $50 fee; With less than 7 days’ notice = $100 flat fee plus $5 per player.

WAIVERS AND FORMS

Notice: For any players under the age of 18, Please print out the underage waiver, sign and date the waiver for the day you are playing, and bring the completed underage waiver with you on the day of your event. For your concenience, notorized waivers are kept on file for future dates.
